Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that unexpected things can happen and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or failure to attend your appointment (no-show) may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment cost, at management’s discretion.
Where a cancellation fee applies, an invoice will be emailed to you, or payment can be made in person at the clinic.
Outstanding invoices must be paid before any future appointments can proceed. We reserve the right to cancel upcoming bookings where cancellation fees remain unpaid.
If a client repeatedly cancels at short notice or does not attend scheduled appointments, we may require full pre-payment at the time of booking for future appointments.
In the event of exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
